A graduate in health sciences from Georgia State University, he worked as senior staff member for the University of Chicago Hospitals and Barnes Jewish Christian Healthcare Systems, and served as physical therapist for the U.S. Olympic Sailing Team.
Shawn is a member of Midwest Independent Rehab Association. Regular guest teacher at the Washington University School of Physical Therapy. Member of the Advisory Board of Cancer Community of St. Louis. Recipient of the 2007 Michael Edlin Award for outstanding service to the HIV/AIDs community. Co-author of several research studies on physical therapy and exercise for people living with chronic disease.
BRIAN HARASHA, DC
Dr. Harasha received his doctor of Chiropractic degree and Acupuncture certification from Logan University in 2000. He graduated valedictorian of this class. Brian specializes in gentle models of chiropractic such as Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Logan Basic and instrument adjusting. He practices a Traditional Chinese Medicine form of acupuncture as well as a modern version of acupuncture termed Meridian Therapy.
Dr. Harasha approaches his patients holistically and thoroughly investigates their health goals taking into account diet, lifestyle, mental peace, emotional balance and spiritual awareness. His certification in general Functional Medicine often assists his patients in finding the root cause of their distress.

Bringing care and humor to each treatment session, she encourages our clients to reach their highest potential for a full recovery. She values one-on-one time, and makes it a priority to get to know her clients and their personal health goals.

Patty Workman is a board certified physical therapist assistant (PTA) and Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach (Pn1). Patty graduated in 2013 from STLCC Meramec with a PTA associate degree. As a PTA, Patty works with patients to improve their quality of life through exercise, postural alignment and self care training, balance training, hands on manual therapy, functional and return to sport training. As a nutrition coach, Patty helps clients develop and progress towards their personal wellness goals by empowering them to take responsibility for their own health through habit change and a healthy relationship with themselves and food. Patty holds a 2nd Dan (degree) black belt in WTF taekwondo. In her spare time she volunteers at a TKD school teaching a few days a week. She also enjoys RVing and riding dirt bikes.
JAN HERZOG, LMT, RYT
A well-known instructor in the St. Louis area, Jan has been teaching since 1997 when she completed her first teacher training through the White Lotus Foundation. She has since completed over 500 hours of training in Anusara Yoga and 300 hours with Noah Maze of YogaMaze. Jan’s thorough education and years of teaching experience are evident in her systematically sequenced, comprehensive classes that include pranayama (breathwork) and carefully and effectively preparing for classic yoga postures. She focuses on encouraging healthy alignment to build sufficient stability and enjoy mobility and flexibility. Jan is committed to helping people feel stronger, more open, and more connected to their hearts and minds through yoga. Along with teaching classes at the studio, she leads yoga and meditation workshops and retreats and practices massage therapy/ bodywork, along with private yoga instruction. Jan spends much of her time and energy as a mom of a busy 11 year-old and in a happy partnership with her husband, two roles that she finds value in the physical and mental benefits of her yoga practice. She also enjoys hiking, working out, cooking, traveling, staying involved in environmental and global food issues, and even studying yoga philosophy in her free time.
